Step 2: After logging back in, go into ‘Program Instructions’ to watch the videos and read over all documents provided.

These documents will outline everything you need to know to be successful during the next 90 days (including how to read your meal plans and workout sheets SO DO NOT SKIP THIS)

Step 3: Join the Facebook Group Here and Introduce Yourself!

Step 4: Get ready for Day 1 of the new you! Week 1 instructions, workouts, and meal plans will be available immediately after logging back in.
