The "Mindset Model"
- The most important and most overlooked aspect of reaching any goal in life is your mindset. It doesn’t matter if you’re working on a health and fitness goal, or working to advance your career and relationships. Every circumstance creates a chain reaction that causes you to have a thought, which creates a feeling that determines your actions, which creates your results or reality. The surest wait to fail at any goal is to let negative thoughts (conscious and subconscious) create a chain reaction that prevents you from taking the necessary action to reach your goals… BUT, by using this Mindset Model you can literally work through any obstacle that arises and still THRIVE.
