Ignite 1.0

This phase 1 workout is designed to ignite your metabolism and prep your musculoskeletal and nervous systems to start building muscle, burning fat, and incorporating higher weight and intensity as you progress into the sculpt and ignite phases. Use this workout as an initial program if you’re new to fitness or haven’t been on a structured program in quite some time. We recommend completing this workout program for 4 weeks and pairing with our fat-loss meal plan for optimal results… And no need to add any additional cardio to this program. The circuit style design will make sure to have your heart rate raised while your muscles put in the work.
