Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Hold a dumbbell in each hand, use a weight that is comfortable but pushes you

 

Sit back into your heels and really use your glutes to push your jump

 

BANANA ROCKS

Keep arms next to your ears

 

Use your core to rock your body, hold yourself tight and keep head and neck relaxed

 

BURPEE EXTREME

ROMANIAN DEADLIFT

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Bring your legs shoulder width apart, grab the bar right outside of your legs

 

Bring the bar up as close to your legs as possible, squeeze your glutes and core as you raise the bar up

 

180 JUMPS

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Sit into your heels, drive your knees outward, keep your core tight and push yourself on the jump

 

SQUAT ABDUCTION KICKS

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Sit back into your heels on the squat and drive your knees outwards

 

Lift your leg in a controlled movement and lower it controlled, squeeze your glutes on the leg lift
