SQUAT / ROW

Sit back into your heels and drive knees outward on the squat

 

Chest up, back straight, head and neck relaxed on the row

 

Bring your elbows up and squeeze at the top of the row

 

ICE SKATER JUMPS

Make sure to engage your glutes for stability

 

PLANK UP AND DOWN

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Bring your feet slightly wider then you would on a normal plank- bring them about shoulder width apart

 

Keep shoulders over hands in a straight line

 

Keep back straight and booty level (not up in the air)

 

SQUAT JUMPS

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Engage glutes to keep knees from caving inward on squat portion

 

Sit back into your heels when you land

 

BENCH DIPS (WEIGHTED)

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Place your hands on the edge of a bench and extend your feet

 

Place a weight in your lap and lower yourself to the ground by making a 90 degree angle
