Drive knees outward to keep them from caving in

 

ROMANIAN DEADLIFT

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Start with feet in a comfortable position.

 

Grab bar just outside of legs, sit back into your heels-knees shouldn’t be over top of bar-as you go to pull, the bar should come up as same time as your butt.

 

Keep your back flat, chest open and core engaged.. drive through your glutes!

 

HIP THRUSTS – WEIGHTED

Find a comfortable height for your head

 

Go heavy and really push yourself

 

Squeeze those glutes and core

 

Feet are flat, but push through the heel

 

BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT

Find a comfortable height for your foot, the lower the easier, work towards bringing it higher as you get stronger
