Walk your hands out to plank position then walk them back, squeeze your glutes and core the whole time

 

ELEVATED GLUTE BRIDGE 

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Squeeze glutes entire time, especially at the top of the motion

 

Put your feet at a comfortable height for you

 

PHYSIO BALL HAMSTRING CURLS 

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Keep core tight and engaged

 

Keep hips high during whole exercise

 

Use your arms to stabilize yourself until you get comfortable with the exercise

 

BURPEE PUSH PRESS

In the plank position, bring your feet wide to help with not rocking back and forth

 

V-UPS

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Keep head and neck relaxed, don’t pull from your head, use your core to bring up your lower and upper body

 

HIGH KNEES

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

This is an explosive exercise, push yourself to bring your knees high and keep going!

 

3 MINUTE UPHILL JOG ON TREADMILL

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

If you are working out from home you can run outside, do jumping jacks, high knees, or another cardio exercise for the set in place of an uphill treadmill jog
