PHYSIO BALL PUSH UPS
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Make sure to engage your core and keep your body strong
Head and neck should be relaxed, don’t strain your neck trying to hold your head up too high
PLANK T-RAISE
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Bring your feet slightly wider then a normal plank, about shoulder width apart
Keep your back flat and don’t allow your body to rock back and forth
SQUAT PRESS
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Sit into your heels and drive your knees outward to keep them from caving in on the squat
On the shoulder press turn your palms inward and be controlled on the lifting and lowering of the weights
LAT PULLDOWN
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Make sure to pull your arms all the way down to your chest to complete the movement
Squeeze your back muscles
UPRIGHT ROW
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Stand upright, feet shoulder width apart, back straight, core tight.
Bring your hands up until they are level with your shoulders to complete the movement
