Be controlled in your movement, squeeze at the top of the lift

 

PLANK UP AND DOWN

Push through your thorasic spine

 

Keep shoulders over your hands and elbows, in a straight line

 

Make sure your back is straight and in a line with your booty

 

BURPEE PUSH UPS

Push up can be executed from knees

 

Really push yourself on your jump

 

PLANK LAT RAISE

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Push through your thorasic spine

 

Keep your back in a straight line with your booty and keep yourself from swaying back and forth- hold your core nice and tight

 

 UPRIGHT ROWS

Keep core tight

 

Make sure you don’t sway back and forth, keep your movements controlled and slow

3 MINUTE UPHILL JOG ON TREADMILL
