Turn your palms inward and curl up while holding the wall sit

ELEVATED GLUTE BRIDGE W/ SKULLCRUSHERS

 

Keys to Success For This Exercise:

 

Put your upper back on a bench, the height of the bench should be the height of your bent knees, your body should be in a straight line

 

Arms straight up, then lower the weights down next to your ears, bending at the elbows with palms turned inward

 

BUS DRIVERS

Make sure not to round shoulders

 

Keep your core engaged and your movements small and controlled

 

SQUAT PRESS

Sit into your heels and drive knees outwards to keep them from caving in during the squat

 

Turn your palms inward and press the weight up all the way then lower with control
