Make a diamond on the ground with your two hands- put your pointer finger and thumb together. Place your hands directly under your sternum on the ground
Bring your chest all the way to the floor and push yourself back up

Go slow and controlled and squeeze at the top of the movement

Keep your body in a straight line
Align your shoulder over your elbow and feet over eachother
PLIE DEADLIFT
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Turn your toes outward and drive your knees outward over your toes (to keep them from caving in)
Chest up, back flat and strong, core tight, head and neck relaxed
SKULL CRUSHERS
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Lay flat. Bring your arms straight up then hinge at the elbow to bring the weights down by your ears
Squeeze at the top of the motion and go slow and controlled
PLANK ROW
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Bring your feet wider then shoulders (wider then a normal plank)
Back flat, no sway in your back, core tight, head and neck relaxed. Don't let your body rock back and forth during the row
