Squeeze your core and keep your back straight.
Head and neck should be relaxed
Squeeze your biceps and be slow and controlled going up and down
ICE SKATER BAND WALKS
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Go slowly and use the outside of your ankle to push through the band
Don't not swing your leg, use control.
BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Use a height that is comfortable for your back leg, the lower the easier so work your way to a higher step for your back leg as you get stronger
The standing foot is flat, but you should be pushing through your heel
BICEP BURNOUT W/ BANDS
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Find a resistance band that pushes you
Stand with feet shoulder width apart, stand on the band and do bicep curls, keeping core tight, back straight, and head and neck relaxed. This is a "burnout" exercise.
SQUAT W/ ABDUCTION SIDE KICK
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
Sit back into your heels on the squat and drive knees outward so they don't cave in
Lift your leg using your glutes, don't swing your leg, go slow and controlled
