- There should be no sway in your back; keep your back in line with your booty
- Hold your core tight and don't let your body rock back and forth
SHOULDER PRESS

- Go slow and controlled
- Keep head and neck relaxed
- Hold core tight to keep yourself from swaying back and forth
SQUAT JUMPS

- Make sure you push through your heels on take off and landing
- Don't let your knees cave in
