Bring your feet closer if you need to, then work on getting them further out as you get stronger PHYSIO BALL PASS THROUGH Keys to Success For This Exercise: Lay flat on your back, place the ball between your hands, then roll up while bringing your legs up, and pass the ball to your legs- then repeat Don't pull from your neck, use your core to roll up CLOSE GRIP PUSH UPS Keys to Success For This Exercise: Place your index finger and thumb in a diamond underneath your breast bone Bring your chest all the way to the floor then push back up. Keep your core tight SQUAT WITH HAMMER CURL Keys to Success For This Exercise: Squeeze your glutes at the top of the motion, sit back into your heels when you come down Hold your back and chest up and tight, dont rock back and forth on the curl JUMP JACK BICEP CURLS Keys to Success For This Exercise: Keep bend in your elbows, control the movement Use weight that you can control TRICEP KICKBACK BAND BURNOUT Keys to Success For This Exercise: Bend at your waist, keep your elbows at your sides Go slow and controlled.
