Keys to Success For This Exercise:
- Make sure to lead with your heel as you walk and really focus on the mind/muscle connection
- Use different strengths of resistance bands to increase difficulty as you get stronger
BOOTY BENDS
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
- Bend at your waist, focus on squeezing your glutes the entire time
- Keep head and chest up, and back flat
DUMBBELL CURL
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
- Keep core tight, head and neck relaxed, and don't let your body sway
- You can sit or stand for this exercise
- Squeeze at the top of your curl to complete the movement
BICEP CURL
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
- Keep core tight, head and neck relaxed, and don't let your body sway
- You can sit or stand for this exercise
- Palms face inward toward the body (neutral grip) and squeeze at the top of your curl
SL DEADLIFT
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
- Keep a slight bend in the legs, back flat, head in neutral position and glutes engaged the entire time
- Keep the bar (or weight) close to your shins and lower the bar (or weight) until you feel a slight stretch in the hamstring
- Engage glutes and hamstring to pull you back up
LUNGE GALLOP
Keys to Success For This Exercise:
- Push through your heel, keep your knee from passing the front of your toe
- Get low, keep your core tight and back straight
- Bring your knee close to the ground but don't let it touch
